Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility:
For safety and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns on medications once shipped. Exceptions apply only in case of:

  • Wrong item shipped
  • Damaged packaging upon arrival

Refund Policy:
If your order qualifies, we will issue a full refund or reship the correct product within 7 days.

Process:

  1. Email support@primemedstore.co.uk with your order ID and photos.
  2. Our team will review the claim within 48 hours.
  3. If approved, refund or replacement will be processed immediately.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Orders delayed due to customs or buyer inaccessibility
